I'm new to the forums, but been slowly collecting CI for a few years. Not many old pieces but I do use them alot. Recently picked this up and need to season a little more. Perfect condition in the sense that there's no warping. Any help with dating it and what it might be worth?? Thanks and looking forward to learning more about CI

Values are difficult to judge. Collector guide books that give values are sorely outdated. You might luck out and find this one in a thrift store or flea market for $25-50. eBay will likely be triple that or more these days. Best guesstimates can be made from recent eBay "sold" listing searches.
