does anyone know anything about this Wagner ware magnalite coffee pot?

from pics online, it would appear that the knob on top isn't 'correct'.. and it doesn't have any percolator pieces on the inside... I don't recall ever seeing one like this before. I saw a couple on ebay that have sold in the past.

RB pg. 70. Looks like you're missing some parts that handle the percolation. The fabricated handle is fairly close in shape to the original, which may have been painted wood or probably bakelite. It's not in the 1924 or 1927 catalogs, RB says ca. 1945-1950s. It's not in a 1956 Magnalite brochure, but, amazingly, the 4133 tea kettle still was.

Look at it this way....you have a one of a kind...kinda......pretty cool!
its been 'customized'... I'm pretty sure that makes it more valuable... I looked at the pics in the red book and I doubt that I'll ever find the little coffee ground basket... but I'll add it to my list of things to look for.
