Neat looking pot. Don't think the wood lid is original as it appears to be made of ply wood of some type.

According to (website), this pot is:

"A Furusato cast iron nabe pot with a cypress wood lid by Iwachu Japan (a 100 year old company) originally purposed for Japanese hot pot style table side cooking. We use this pot on the stove and on the OFYR grill."

"The handle folds flat for easy storage and the feet nubs on its bottom help protect the table surfaces."
