BSR. Marked in that style, it would have to be 1967 or later. Both they and Wagner tried this novel heat ring/bar approach. Wagner's pans with this design had Teflon coating. BSR also did some pieces with Teflon in the 1960s, but it's not clear if this pan did.
Great thanks guys, the seller said its Wagner cast iron in the ad, but there also was a 3 notch lodge in that listing. The 3rd pan was a wagner. So I guess 2 wagners and a lodge.
