Okay, so I've been working on my BSR #8 recently. You know, electrolysis, cleaning-up, re-seasoning, etc., and then it was time ! I will admit, I did do three & four seasonings this past week, while other stuff cooked in the oven (cornbread, roasted veggies, baked potatoes, etc) But then, yes, it was finally time to execute.
So, first test - eggs ! Yes, fried eggs, Saturday morning, and all went exceptionally well ! With only minimum prodding, they slid around like teflon. Saturday night, it was roasted veggies in the oven. Then, Sunday morning (today), it was an egg encore. Guess what - Saturday morning wasn't a fluke.....:icon_thumbsup:
