Maker's Name for Cast Iron Sausage Stuffer

Hi,
First post. Hope I do this correctly.
Let me say what a find this site is!
I have been searching for the manufacturer of this cast iron sausage stuffer with no luck. The only good part was finding this site.

Any idea who manufactured this.
I believe it is mid-19th century.... prior to Emerson

Probably not much help but most of the sausage stuffers were made by Enterprise but they looked to be a different style. I Google vintage sausage stuffers and a whole bunch of pic's showed up that has your same piece but I did not see a manufacture's name. They seemed to range from around $20 - $50 for the most part.
Your piece looks clean and all original so use it and maybe someone else will weigh in and give you more information.
