Stopped by a local antique mall this afternoon, and saw this dutch oven...

It's marked both Wagner AND Griswold...

No lid with it, so it's useless to me, even for $29, but I've never seen one so marked...
 
eBay sellers will tell you it's something rare and valuable, but it's really not, at least not to collectors of vintage CI. The dual logo was used briefly at some point (after the early 1960s by the Made In USA) to start phasing out the Griswold brand.
 
Doug nailed it (per usual). It's not that rare, nor is it sought after by collectors.

Good call on passing.
