I Found This #7 Skillet at Goodwill

The standard answer on bottom-gated pans without manufacturer markings is ID not possible. A size number indicates intended for use on a wood stove, so that plus the handle style probably early to mid-1800s. A pan that shallow of that rimmed design would be called an "old style" handled griddle.
 
I have one very similar to yours but it is marked. It is made by Excelsior is St Louis. It's surface condition is rough though.

Yet another GoodWill find!!

Nothing good in my area. Cast iron, jewelry, and sterling silver is "cherry picked" before placed out for sale. Rusty new Lodge pans and rusty corn stick pans. Both showing evidence of owner neglect.
