Used to Be Enameled Inside

Recently acquired this from a friend. Thought I could easily remove remaining enamel from inside using electrolysis, but it's more difficult than I thought. Gently chipping doesn't work either. Any suggestions on how to remove it??
Pot is 9" high and 12" in diameter, gate marked and has "T-9" cast into bottom - any ideas on who made it??

Thanks,
Jeff

No expert and I’m not sure if it would be a worthwhile investment, but I would think aggressive sandblasting could possibly remove it. But even then the finished product would have a rough texture. If you had to pay someone $50.00 to sandblast it, you could instead purchase another one without the enamel for close to that same investment. And still keep that one for a flowerpot! Just my humble opinion.
