Default Help Identifying - Unmarked with 3 Dots

I'm trying to help a friend identify an old #3 skillet from an estate sale. It has a smooth bottom with an "M" underneath. The handle has three dots on the bottom and what really appears to be a ghost "3" mark. The handle shape really appears to be Wagner like, but the dots are completely unrecognizable to me.

Thanks for the help!
