Huge WW2 Cast Iron Griddle- U. S. Gray and Dudley 1942

This is the largest griddle I have ever owned. I was told it was used to cook food for the troops in WW2.

Now THATS your big boy! I never saw a griddle that big, how are you going to heat it up to use it? I like it!
 
I bought it locally so I’m not sure about shipping. I will probably put two large Propane burners underneath it. Remember fellas, I’m from Texas. Everything we do is BIG lol.

And yes it sits perfectly flat.
 
You'll want a couple of restaurant style spatulas meant for a flat top, since you'll be cooking on one the same size. I'm jealous.
