Plymouth Foundry Kettle

Here's an early water kettle I've restored. It was in great condition to start with, for being used as a stove top humidifier (judging from the scale and build-up inside it). I decided not to do too much work on its interior.

Doug, a picture for the Foundry database? I couldn't find any operating dates for the foundry.

Doug, yes. Mid 1870s to 1900s or so anyway, right? I forgot to say that the cover had a patent year (only) on it of 1866.

Sorry, late night posting. The 1866 date is on the bottom (inside) of the lid. The kettle has found a new home, but I recall it reading "Pat'd 1866".
