Default Picked Up a DO Lid

Saw this lid on a skillet in an antique shop. The arc DO lid was on a Wagner script skillet that was fire damaged. It was sitting in the exact same spot as it was last year. I asked the woman at the desk if they would depart the two. She called the owner and owner said “well it is just a lodge lid, let him have it for $15”. I about got rug burn on my hand from reaching in my pocket so fast.

Im not familiar with older Lodge very much, but looks like a good score. Is it kinda rare or something? Anyways, happy cooking!

Lids are usually misplaced thru the years. I wouldn’t say rare, but definitely nice to have it since my DO was missing it’s lid when I got it.
