Default Help Identifying Oval Kettle

I had found this kettle, but no markings on it, bottom is flat and no gate marks. It is very heavy, about 18" tall, and about 24" wide. The bale handle has a half loop in the center so it hangs flat in one place. From the research I did, it looks like it might be by a company called S.P. & Co. Philadelphia. Never heard of that company either. Can anybody identify it?
