Turks Head Pans, Griswold, Wagner and Lodge.

Do you bake in them? If so, how do you grease/oil them so that the "muffins" come out in one piece? Recipe?

I don't think I've actually baked anything in any of these (I have the normal turks head pans)... but if I bake anything that needs a little extra motivation to release I use baker's joy to coat before adding the batter.

Bakers Joy performs the best for me, as well. My muffin and gem pans never stick provided they are preheated and I use BJ.
