Today's CI Finds

Found these 3 in a tiny antiques shop about 20 minutes away from my house:

I'm sure I spent too much on the flip-flop griddle, but it's the first one I've seen in the wild, and the second one I've seen, period. The Griswold will get restored and gifted (most likely) - but I'm not sure what to use the gatemarked, err...bread thingy for?

Any comments or insight on any of these pieces is appreciated :)

Your number 8 looks to be the hinge type, top part would have a tab that slides into the slot for a lid, And extra skillet so to speak.

On your roll type pan I myself have been looking for one to turn up.
I wanted to use it for potato skins, the ones filled with cheese, bacon, green onion and sour cream :glutton:

Small dinner bread rolls is what you could use it for. Small cakes, muffins. I have one. It's a Wagner D 1327 New England Style pan. I make small cakes with mine.

Potato skins would work also. Homemade pigs in blankets.

Let your mind think creatively.

It's the Stuart Peterson enameled or bare iron?
