Gate Marked Bail Handled Griddle

Found this cool little griddle at a thrift store for cheap. It has a gate mark but also a pretty distinctive heat ring and a #10. The cooking surface is like glass. Anyone have any info? I know it has a lot of pitting on the bottom but thought it was cool so I picked it up. Enjoy.

Kyle that one is pretty cool and a neat heat ring, And for a bargain price I don't blame you. I have to keep checking back to see if anyone can ID it. I'm kinda of curious to know too.

Will always be under the unknown label. I have quite a few of these. My main Oven tool. I've been picking up handled Griddles lately.

I have one of those. My speculation is they were used on a wood stove as they are too tippy to hang and try and cook on them. (Mine doesn't hang level when you hold it by the bail) My other thought is that a skillet handle hanging out on a low wood heater like my Grandparents had would have been more dangerous than a bail??
