Default Griswold Wood Handled Skillet

I have a Griswold #6 slant logo smooth bottom wood handled skillet that I've owned for several years. P/N 698. I've never encountered another one like it. Does anybody have any info regarding this particular pan? If so I'd be interested in any info you might have. I'd post pictures but haven't been able to figure that out on this site.

A Slant Erie HR version and a LBL smooth bottom appear in recent eBay listings. A Slant EPU HR version was also made. Wood handle Slant Erie smooth bottoms were made in aluminum. All are pretty infrequently seen.
