Default Griswold Aluminum Hammered 3 Quart Sauce Pan A2143 and Lid A2143C

I sure seem to be coming across some nice aluminum pieces. Found this today although I haven't bought. Thinking about it though. Heck of a price on it. Physically it looks great although it could use a good cleaning.

The knob for the lid and the handle don't look they can be removed which would make cleaning difficult but if they can, I assume Doug or Steve will know how. Advice?

This catalog number is in the RB and BB but noticeably, the lid isn't in the list of catalog numbers. A photo of the 2 Quart is on RB page 139. Is it fair to assume that the current value of this is about the same as listed for the 2 Quart of $45-60? I don't imagine these sell very often. The ring, know and handle are in good shape.
