Default Skillet cherry banana bread.

Today I had some very ripe bananas and thought why not banana bread, so that was the start of the plan. I don't have a loaf pan so a skillet was my option B. The roommate had some dried cherries and I reconstituted some in hot water and added them in for a bit of change of flavor.
Just removed it from skillet and took a peak, my original thought was to have a slice after supper and boy I was wrong. After about 3 minutes I had half of a slice gone and wish I had some real butter to spread over it.

Steve,

I've never seen a first bite of a sweet that looked better! I could not have waited either. Looks perfectly cooked.

Thanks Hilditch, I added a little white and brown sugar to the top for a little more sweeter taste and kinda like how it turned out.

Thanks all, the roommate came home from a friends house and gave it a 8.5 out of 10. I'll take that as it was the first time making banana bread
