Was thinking of baking some pre-battered fish filets (frozen) in a CI pan in the oven. I usually do them on a regular baking sheet, but I want to use my big pan as much as possible to continue breaking it in. Would there be any issues with this? I can't think of any, but then again, I didn't know to avoid tomato sauces in CI before reading more into these things, so ... Just checking.:icon_scratchchin:
