Default Wapak with Gate Mark?

So I'm new to this but I found this Wapak with a gate mark. Not sure the size maybe a 7 or 8. Just trying to find more information about it because I tried looking it up and I can't find any other pictures of a Wapak with a gate mark

Genuine Wapaks are not known to be bottom gated. This would be a recast using a Wapak pan as a pattern.

I agree....recast, and not a very well done one. Just keep on hunting and you will score some real Wapaks.

I don't know, minus the gate mark I could see this being a Wapak casting

I have to agree with it being a recast. It's a shame too, because it is a Wapak chicken foot.

I thought it looked like a chicken foot logo. Good choice of skillets to recast. Now to only find a real chicken foot.........

Wapak Chicken foot pans are silently commanding a lot of attention and money. Not as much as the medallions, but they are cool pieces.

This recast, although not beautiful, is really neat in its own right. Would be a keeper for me!
