Default Broken Lodge Skillet

I just purchased a skillet from Lodge, and it arrived broken. How quick is Lodge in resolving this type of issue? I understand that it probably won't be a quick as normal due to the pandemic.

I purchased the Rosie The Riveter Made In America skillet.
