Hello from Washington

Hi everybody,

Got interested in cast iron cooking after noticing that my stainless non stick skillet is losing its Teflon.

I used to use a circular cast iron griddle to make sourdough pancakes years ago. Got rid of it when I bought the non stick skillet. Bad idea.

I also like collecting old cast iron skillets.

Just got a no name that I am trying to identify.
