I love using my BS&R chef skillet. Even though it doesn't have a lot of value, it would take quite a bit for me to part with it. I wish they had made one just a little bit bigger as well.

ChuckP, once mine is fully seasoned I plan on making a nice omelet! One more round in the oven.

This one has been a dedicated egg pan. Nothing put bacon grease, butter and grade A extra larges. The cooking surface is mighty slick. https://imgur.com/a/EnFUQcj

ChuckP, what are the markings on the bottom of your pan?

The only marking is "MADE IN USA" @ the 12 o'clock position.
