Help with an Heirloom Aluminum Pan

Hello!

I was so delighted to see a section on aluminum here. Can anyone advise if the attached loaf pan is beyond repair? My deepest hope is it can be saved and safely be used for baking again.

It was my grandmother's, but over the years family put it in the dishwasher. Ignore the brown ring at the top which is baked on cooking spray. I'm mostly worried about the messed up aluminum.

Thank you & my deepest thanks for any insight! :)

uploading pics on this forum is kind of limited... I would suggest using one of the free online picture hosting sites like Imgur... upload your pics there and then just post a link to either individual pics or an imgur album of pics in the comments.
