Unmarked Double Broiler

I recently picked up this double broiler that appears to be unused. The fit between the two pieces is nearly perfect, almost no movement or wiggle. The only marking is B2 on the underside of the bottom handle.

The handles are really throwing me off. I have not seen this style on any other double broiler. Heck, I am not sure I have seen this handle on anything.

Any ideas on what I have?

That is a really neat piece. Never have come across one of those. I bet it cleans up nicely.

It looks like it's for Korean barbeque, Asian made.
