Default ID Help Needed

Picked this up this past weekend it was pretty crudy and thought at first it was a Wagner but now I'm not sure. Can anyone ID it? Thanks for any help....

I think I would still say Wagner... just in that transition period between the outside heat rings with ribbed handles and the newer handle style... late 20's or early 30's ? maybe.

Thanks for Looking!! I was going to repost in the general cast iron as I thought I posted it in the wrong area.... I'm new to this and I know there are people on here that probably could ID it hence the post lol thanks again....
