Default Favorite Piqua Ware Skillet

Question has anyone ever tired or ran into any problems cleaning in an E-Tank a skillet that has been enameled everywhere but the inside cooking surface? I've read the section where it said, Enameled cast iron pieces may also have their coatings compromised.

I picked up a pan last weekend that had very slight rust on the inside but everything was fine as it was enameled.

I've had really good luck getting the rust off of pans with an e-tank. Thanks for any input.

Mike

if it is 'very slight rust' then I'd just use steel wool. or evaporust.
