Picked this up a while back and redid it. Cant find any markings to use for identification just that it says DO and it is machined smooth inside with some light rings, not rough. Anybody have any thoughts as to the make?

Thanks. Thats suprizing, I didn't think lodge had this quality back then. All their stuff now adays is heave any not machined smooth. What features helped to identify it as such for my own learning experience besides pictures. I looked up some pics and fully see it looks like the lodge ones.

It looks Lodge to me due to the 8 being shaped the way it is, plus under the lid. Thats what says Lodge to me at least.

I've said this before... the early lodge is as good if not better than anything made by anyone else of the same time period... arc logo, no notch and single notch are some of the best skillets and dutch ovens out there. and often since they are 'unmarked' they can be found and bought cheaply.
