Pineapple Upside Down Cake

I have made these cakes in aluminum pans and have had varied success. I mean, they always tastes good, but sometimes the cake wouldn’t release completely and it would tear a little piece off. So, I’d be hiding it with a pineapple or a cherry hahaha. Cast iron is king for sure.
