I will bow to the opinion of those with more expertise. That said, here are a couple of clues that might help out.

1 The "MADE IN THE USA" marking indicates it was made in the 1960's or later.

I agree with SeanD... lots here that will help you identify what might be of value or not. For example included in the "Non-Collectible Cast Iron Cookware" section are three Wagners.

I'm no expert, but the raised line across the bottom of the pan is a gate mark. This is indicates a very old pan (very possibly pre- 1900) made by a long discontinued manufacturing...

If you go to the "Trademarks & Logos" section you will find, under Wagner Manufacturing Co., your pan being identified as a "National Arc Logo (1890s-1920s)".
