Thank you, so this isn't nickel plated, i'm sorry i have never owned either nickel or duo chrome, have no idea if they are old, good, scrap or collectors piece. I have a set of griswold of every size...

Has anyone ever tried to take the bely out of a skillet w/ any luck? I bought a #9 Griswold, small logo and 11 1/4" skillet and the letter "A" is all the markings it has but it has a belly(spinner).

It's a little hot right now but it seemed to be an average weight best I recall, could be heavy side though. I deal w/ pottery a lot and gotta watch fakes/reproductions, didn't know that about cast...
