Some Things Can Not Be Replaced

Why is it that some people do not take the advice and time to pack cast iron right?

OH! It is metal it will not break......:frown:

Just take a look at the two paddles, yup lots of padding, wrong.

Off to my restoration shop.

Sometimes I think they think I can just go to Wally World and pick up a replacement.
Who else is having issues like this.

I can relate, as I have had the same expierence. Mine was with a Descoware DO. the autumn leaf kind. The one handle was broke off when I got it. The ladyI bought from was nice enuff to refund half my money,Which was very nice of her, even tho she packed it, I assume. The best part is, I still use it every once in awhile. I have the broken handle , but Im sure it cant be fixed, no clue.

With all the iron crossing the hands of members here and only 2 broken pieces?

Well, lets make that 3 now. Just not right.

Yikes Jeffery,

I am shocked that anyone would pack CI that way.

The sad part is that they try to blame the USPS, but a video of opening the box hurts their pocket and not mine. I have even opened boxes right at the PO counter so no one could blame me, that way my postmaster marks it arrived damaged. Full refund time, but the loss of history hurts the most.
