Found Wagner Skillet

We found this Wagner skillet at an uncle's house, probably hasn't been used in decades. It clearly says Wagner Ware at the top, Made in USA at the bottom, no city name, no number identifications. Any ideas on age? Thank you!

Welcome to The Forums! Looks like a late 60s or 70s wagner. The very small pour spouts or lack thereof has me wondering if its even newer? Looks pretty thick, and the made in USA means after 65ish.

Thanks so much for the reply! We seasoned it up and it looks marvelous. We have since found some other old cast iron skillets buried in the uncle's garage and we are going to bring those home and season them too. They never lose their beauty.

Glad to hear it! Youll find that vintage CI is way lighter, and usually more smooth. This hobby is addicting..........
