My name is Jim, I like to cook in good ol' cast iron,
Love to BBQ and I build competition BBQ smokers , I think old cast iron cookware should be in everyone's kitchen indoor or outdoor.
I have acquired many quality vintage cast iron pots, pans, Dutch Ovens, waffle irons etc....
I enjoy collecting and using them.
