Picked up this today ☺️ has a gate mark, probably won't be able to figure out who made it or how old it is right? 🤣
Still pretty pleased with myself!

Got this new piece today. Haven't been around long, but it's the first time I've seen a Aebleskiver pan with handles like this. Thoughts?

Scotch bowl: right. MId-1800s most likely.

Aebelskiver: I'm going to assume that, by the flanged circumference, it was made to drop into a woodstove eye.

Oo the first one is a scotch bowl? I thought it was for soup 😅 mid 1800! That's super cool

for the Aebleskiver that would make sense, it also doesn't sit level, and I think it was made that way. The 2 handles isn't common is it? I was trying to find something that looked similar, and didn't see much come up

It's a griswold something. Thought it might be a griddle... But it has a handle? 🤣 Thoughts?

Picked up this today. Pretty curious what brand it is. That close up of the back shows it has a slightly raised rectangle. Looks kinda like a wapak to me.... Anyone have an idea?

The wholesale excising of areas to remove or replace markings on patterns (rather than just fill them in and incise new ones) is typical of Favorite Piqua Ware.

Little number 2 pan I picked up. Seems like pretty good quality (doesn't really seem like new Chinese make etc). But unmarked. Has that stylized 2 on the handle tho. Any ideas on who might have made it, or when?
