    Sauteed Brussel Sprouts

    Pretty simple. 10-15 Brussel Sprouts. 1/4 to 1/8 inch slices. Heat a few tablespoons of olive (not xtra virgin, toss in extra virgin after) oil in skillet over medium to high heat. Add brussel sprouts and saute turning occasionally until slightly browned and crispy. About 8 to 10 minutes...
