Eclipse was/is a brand name used by the John C. Kupferle Foundry Co. in business in St. Louis since 1857. They primarily made/make plumbing fixtures like fire hydrants, but also did household implements. Similar antique lazy susan nail cups are seen marked both J.C. Kupferle St. Louis and Eclipse St. Louis. The bottom of the pot in your photo appears to say the latter.

Thank you so much! Where would you suggest I look for info on their cookware?

As of this moment, the pot in your photo is the only piece I've ever seen so-marked. With only an educated guess, I would place it 1950s or before, but probably not too much older.

Again, thank you Doug I was thinking about the same time frame but unsure. I like to know about what I purchase. History etc foundry details mean much to me! I appreciate your help.
