Cajun Stuffed Green Peppers

Equipment required:

1 qt. Descoware saucepan - to cook rice
#5 BSR skillet - to cook shrimp, Andouille sausage, onions and garlic in order, and refried green beans too.
#7 BSR skillet - for baking

Didn’t have a recipe, but with leftover green beans it sure was good and a nice change from the normal ground beef stuffed peppers.

Those look really good. I've done some peppers and tomatoes a few times and it fun to experiment with what you stuff them with.
In some dishes I'll substitute barley for rice for a change of pace.
