Hammered Lodge 4in1 lid needs skillet

This may not be the place to ask. If not please remove. I have a clean 4 in 1, hammered, star marked, Lodge combo lid that needs the no. 8 hammered bottom???? One of many waiting in my wish pile.

I have my mothers Lodge 4 in 1 and the bottom is a #8 deep skillet (chicken fryer).

Now i have a question, what is the fourth use? I see deep skillet, shallow skillet and covered deep skillet.......and number 4 is???
