Made this last night for dinner. It was DELISH! I did cheat two ways though - I used penne vs lasagna noodles, and I wanted an easier clean-up than my massive #14 skillet, so I used my #30 LC enameled CI braiser to bake it. Oh MY gosh was it good, and nearly gone with only 3 people! I did layer in some sweet sausage, and I use a spicy marinara for the sauce. Really nice contrast in flavors!
