8B Griddle

I have never seen a griddle like this one before. The handle is really curved and very rounded. Actual cooking surface is 9 inches in diameter and is super smooth. The only marking on it is 8B. The bottom of the pan is really strange as the bottom is carved out around the edges. Would anyone know who made this and a little about it? Regards.

The marking says BSR to me. That design is typical for what is sometimes called a new style griddle, the "old" style being like a very shallow skillet.

I have the same griddle. It takes a wonderful seasoning, very slick and I use it daily for two egg omelets. I do believe it is BSR, but whomever made it did a great job.

Enjoy it, not a collectible but a great everyday user
