New to Collecting and Starting with my Grandfather's Lodge

Hi! I have had several pieces that I have had for years but have recently become interested in seeing and understanding what I have.

The photos are of, what I believe to be, a 3-notch Lodge. I know these were made from 1940-1960 but I wonder, since there is no maker's mark, if it is one of the earlier pans?

My grandfather gave it to my mother and she then passed it down to me. I love that something used by him is used in my home on an almost daily basis.

Nice 1950s* vintage Lodge, when they were still polishing the cooking surfaces. These are some of the best QPR users to be found, IMO.

* Earlier would have had a raised molder's mark @ 6 o'clock; later would have "SK" below the number, and even later, "Made In USA".
