Help Identify an ERIE

Can anyone help identify the - what appears to be an ERIE - skillet that I just cleaned. It hasn't been seasoned yet. It seems to have "markings" of a Second and Sixth series?

THANKS!

I'd call that a 2nd series, chalking the lack of quotes around ERIE up to pattern maker oversight. If you look at enough Erie skillets, you'll often see exceptions to the rules. I can't see a maker's mark in the photos. Is there one?

Yes, it is a second series. First series will have the "scooped" handle and both first and second have no pattern number. Third series have pattern numbers. Cracks in the earlier ERIE skillets are common due to their light weight construction and the many years they have been in use.
