I found this deep Chicken Fryer yesterday. What I know is:
It has a very prominently raised 8 on the handle.
The handle looks like a Lodge except where it attaches to the skillet on the bottom.
It has an inset heat ring that is not broken.
It has what could be a raised 30 in the center on the bottom, but the 0 looks almost like a square.

I'm thinking early Lodge.

I just made another observation that might help solve my mystery. I noticed that this Chicken Fryer is quite a bit larger than my 3 notch Lodge and BSR Chicken fryers. I measured across the top of new pan and it's 11", the Lodge is 10 3/8", and BSR is 10 1/4. The heat ring is also larger, 7 5/8 vs. 7 on the Lodge. One more thing is, my #9 Tite-Top DO lid fits perfectly. Thanks for any help or even guesses.

The molder's mark, or whatever it is, is odd, but it appears to be Lodge to me.

Thank you Doug. Is this what would be considered a re-purposed No Notch? Do you think it would be from the early '30s?

It's in the lye tank right now, I think it's going to turn out real nice. It sits flat and has no pitting that I can see. Even though it's larger than my 3 notch Lodge, it feels lighter.
