Beef Tenderloin & Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

I do these great beef tenderloin cuts like this .......

Get seasoned (salt & pepper) steaks to room temp
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Heat 13.25" skillet on medium on stove top with little olive oil
Sear steaks for 5 minutes on each side
Add fresh Veges and some butter pads to skillet of steaks
Transfer cast iron skillet of goodness to 450 degree oven
Cook at 450 uncovered 20 minutes
I let the steaks rest for ten minutes then cut them in half the long
way and put the red side down ( cooked medium ) so it looks like there are 6
Steaks but it's actually 3 cut it half

We added a 10.25" cast iron skillet of bacon wrapped shrimp
With a little olive oil & butter also and cooked at the same time but
Only needed about 15 minutes for that at 450
