Hammered #8 Wagner DO?

Howdy All, I am new here and recently found a hammered CI DO I need help with. I think it is unmarked Wagner? The only mark is a "V" on the bottom. Hopefully the pic links I have work!

I would be curious to know the value, if it is Wagner. Have not seen one before.

Yes, it is a Wagner. For some unknown reason, more than one manufacturer produced hammered ware unmarked (with no marked counterparts). Wagner also cast this same piece in aluminum. Recently sold listings (not just "completed") on eBay will give the best approximation of current value, although pieces can still be found "in the wild" potentially for less.
