Unknown skillet make/age!!

Probably not one you're going to be able to ID. It was apparently common for small foundries to obtain and use as or base as a pattern the pans of other makers. This one kind of looks Wagner-ish, but the markings are not consistent with unmarked Wagners.

My guess, if it's like ones I have, is that it's relatively heavy for its size, the majority of the weight being in the bottom. That I attribute to sand being removed from inside the mold half after the pattern was removed or to additional material being added to the pattern/pan beforehand, both to obscure the marks of the original maker. Just my theory, and it would have the be the latter case for them to have added incised marks of heir own.
