Need Help with Today Finds

Pick up a Griswold Scotch Bowl and a Wagner Ware piece.
The Scotch Bowl has a bail and a heat ring. It is a #5.
The Wagner piece is some thing I can't find anywhere, a very unusual piece of CI. Any with a time period on the Scotch Bowl and some info on the Wager Ware piece would be appreciated.

The Crepe-ette pan is 1970s-ish, too late for the typically-circulated Wagner literature.
